Nell’ambito delle Relazioni di lavoro siamo specialisti delle pratiche di partecipazione dei lavoratori all’impresa.
Siamo stati i primi a sperimentare il modello tedesco della Mitbestimmung in Italia, ma siamo convinti che non esista un modello universale.
La partecipazione non può prescindere dalla storia e dalla cultura di ogni singola azienda ed è per questo motivo che ricerchiamo il dialogo diretto con l’imprenditore.

Mitbestimmung è inoltre un Osservatorio per mantenere attuale il dibattito sulla partecipazione dei lavoratori all’impresa, raccogliendo news, contributi di pensiero e interviste ai protagonisti del mondo del lavoro.
Per ridurre la distanza tra individualismo e solidarietà: tra lavoratori, tra imprese e tra lavoratori e imprese. Un luogo frequentato dal conflitto e dal consenso; speriamo, in ultima istanza, un luogo di mediazione.

In the field of Labor Relations we are specialists in the practices of workers participation.
We were the first to experiment with the German model of Mitbestimmung in Italy, but we are convinced that there is no universal model.
Participation cannot ignore the history and culture of each individual company and it is for this reason that we seek direct dialogue with the entrepreneur.

Mitbestimmung is also an Observatory to keep the debate on worker participation current, collecting news, thought contributions and interviews with the protagonists of the world of work.
